Wedding Photographer Perth - Brookfield Place

This is another of our little features on different photo locations around Perth that are great for a wedding day. Perth has changed so much over the past few years, and whilst our lives are so different to someone working in the city every day, we get to enjoy the new features with our clients! One of those spots is Brookfield Place, just off St George's Tce so a great stop of if you have your wedding in the at St Mary's Cathedral or St George's Cathedral, and also if you are on your way to your wedding reception at one of the hotels in the city as you are only just down the road from the Pan Pacific, Hyatt, Duxton, Parmelia Hilton etc.

So what do we love about Brookfield Place? Well, it's a great area for a mixture of architecture, as there is a lovely juxtaposition of the old and new. The red brick buildings with the smooth lines and surfaces of glass, stainless and concrete make for a stunning spot. Then there is the facade of the little old church, the metal and dark greys of the Print Hall, and if you are there in winter the lights on the walkway along Grilld, Bar Lafayette create a pop of colour.

This spot can also be a great idea when you have had an earlier ceremony, and the bridal party are all getting a little weary and hungry! Use one of the nearby bars as a stop off point (always call to check prior to the day!) and have some drinks and snacks while we are there for photos. You can see some more photos from The Trustee, one of our favourites around there that can be privately booked for photos.
